Wat houdt de functie in? Als Backoffice Medewerker, bij ons ook wel Flexspecialist genoemd, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en administratie van het uitzendproces van de flexkrachten van Werkis. Je +70 collega Accountmanagers op de vestigingen van Werkis zorgen voor de perfecte match tussen opdrachtgever en de flexkracht. Zodra de flexkracht is gestart, draagt de Accountmanager het stokje aan jou over en start voor jou ook het werk. Jij draagt de zorg over alle administratieve HR-processen voor de flexkracht die net aan zijn/haar nieuwe baan is begonnen. Een generalistische functie met een veelzijdig pakket. Denk hierbij aan het verwerken van de salarisadministratie, personeelsmutaties, urenregistratie, coördinatie van het verzuim, verloning en contractbeheer. Je coördineert het gehele proces. Dit doe je volgens alle relevante wet- en regelgeving in de uitzendbranche, zodat we door interne en externe audits komen. Maar bovenal doen we dit vanuit goed werkgeverschap. Gezien de voortdurend wisselende wet- en regelgeving, is geen dag, geen vraag en geen situatie hetzelfde. Je denkt dan ook voortdurend mee over projecten om het administratieve uitzendproces te optimaliseren. Daarnaast fungeer je als deskundige, communicatieve schakel tussen je collega’s en instanties zoals het UWV en de arbodienst. Met jouw kennis en ervaring ben jij de vraagbaak en sparringpartner voor alle vragen en verzoeken vanuit je collega Accountmanagers. Je komt tot de kern van de vraag, zoekt de specifiek gevraagde informatie tot de bodem uit, analyseert de bijbehorende wet- en regelgeving, neemt eventueel contact op met de instanties en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste en gewenste informatie en documenten aan de desbetreffende persoon wordt teruggekoppeld. Kortom; een communicatieve, analytische en administratieve uitdaging, waar je veel vaardigheden en kennis omgaande personeelszaken verder ontwikkelt.
