Als backoffice medewerker bij Westerduin zorg jij dat onze vestigingen en vakkrachten op je kunnen rekenen. Je werkt in het team Support & Expertise en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Je hebt veel contact met collega's van onze vestigingen, vakkrachten en klanten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - contracten, plaatsingen en inleenovereenkomsten; - ziek- en betermeldingen; - het controleren van uren voor de verloning; - het controleren en compleet houden van dossiers; - administratie rondom onder andere ID-documenten, WAV, WAB en AVG; - vragen van collega's, vakkrachten en klanten. Je hoeft niet alles vanaf dag één te kennen. Als jij nauwkeurig werkt, graag dingen uitzoekt en anderen helpt, leren wij je de rest. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je werkt voornamelijk op ons hoofdkantoor in Veenendaal. Op dinsdag werk je op één van onze vestigingen en ben je dicht bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Je komt terecht in het team Support & Expertise. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze vestigingen hun werk goed kunnen doen. Bij Westerduin houden we van korte lijnen. We helpen elkaar, communiceren open en kijken altijd hoe iets beter kan. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Dit bieden wij jou - € 2.652 tot € 3.394 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - ieder jaar een vaste salarisstap van € 200 bruto, tot einde schaal; - 30 vakantiedagen en 2 dagen voor vrijwilligerswerk; - bij een vast contract een leaseauto of € 325 bruto mobiliteitsvergoeding; - een functie voor 32 uur per week; - € 0,25 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - een werktelefoon...
