Administratieve ondersteuning aankoopteam Je ondersteunt jouw team bij de dagelijkse opvolging van bestellingen en producten.

Klankbord van het Sales Team

Je luistert naar de noden van de Sales en speelt hier snel en efficiënt op in.

Artikel- en databeheer Je beheert en actualiseert productgegevens in het ERP-systeem (prijzen, artikelfiches, technische info).

Opvolging van leveranciers Je houdt contact met leveranciers voor praktische opvolging

Prijsupdates & controle Je verwerkt prijswijzigingen en helpt mee om de juistheid van gegevens te bewaken.

Ondersteuning bij assortiment Je helpt bij het toevoegen van nieuwe producten en het up-to-date houden van het assortiment.

Klachten & kwaliteit Je ondersteunt bij de opvolging van klachten en kwaliteitscontroles.

Samenwerking Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van aankoop, logistiek, marketing en sales.

Je hebt minimum een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een aantal jaar relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.

Je krijgt energie van het uitbouwen van diepgaande productkennis en het verkennen van de markt.

Je communiceert vlot, denkt analytisch en werkt nauwkeurig.

Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en houdt het hoofd koel, ook wanneer het druk wordt.

Je spreekt Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in Frans en/of Engels.

Je bent handig met MS Word, Excel en Outlook.

Je bent gedreven, leergierig en neemt ownership over jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
