Als Backoffice Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen NL Jobs. Jij zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen, dossiers op orde zijn en controles tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en gestructureerde manier van werken kunnen collega's rekenen op een betrouwbare administratie en goed georganiseerde processen. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - Het ondersteunen van collega's bij de dagelijkse administratieve en operationele werkzaamheden. - Het controleren en verwerken van personeelsgegevens, contracten en dossiers, waarbij je zorgt voor een correcte en complete administratie. - Het bewaken van urenregistraties, vergoedingen en andere administratieve controles, zodat afwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd. - Het voorbereiden van contractverlengingen en andere personeelsdocumenten voor interne afstemming en goedkeuring. - Het monitoren van verlofaanvragen, instroom, uitstroom en de inzet van medewerkers, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met Support en andere interne afdelingen. - Het beheren van diverse overzichten en rapportages, waaronder jubilea en periodieke controles. Wie ben jij? Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en houdt ervan om structuur aan te brengen. Je ziet het wanneer iets ontbreekt of niet klopt en onderneemt direct actie. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en behoudt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht. Samenwerken gaat je van nature af en je vindt het leuk om je collega's te ontz...
