Bepaal mede het succes van ons team en verdien tot € 3.500,- bruto. Wat ga je doen? Stap binnen in een afwisselende vastgoedomgeving en versterk ons kantoorteam met jouw organisatietalent. Als communicatieve spil schakel je moeiteloos tussen bewoners, collega's en facilitaire partners. In de functie van Backoffice medewerker in Zeist verwerk je meldingen, vragen en klachten razendsnel in ons vastgoedpakket. Je pakt telefoon en e-mail professioneel op, zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging en informeert huurders over hun dossier. Door jouw strakke coördinatie loopt het contact met facilitaire teams gestroomlijnd en lossen we problemen direct op. Met jouw mbo4-niveau houd je overzicht en denk je altijd in werkbare oplossingen. Jij bent iemand die werk ziet liggen en actie onderneemt voordat een vraag een probleem wordt. Je verwerkt verhuur- en sleuteladministratie tot in de puntjes en stelt kloppende huurovereenkomsten op. Dankzij jouw heldere communicatie in het Nederlands weet iedereen precies waar die aan toe is. Je werkt nauw samen in een hechte vastgoedorganisatie waar jouw inbreng telt.
