Als medewerker Backoffice ben jij een onmisbare schakel in de gemeentelijke dienstverlening. Waar de frontoffice de aanvragen aanneemt, zorg jij achter de schermen voor de volledige administratieve en juridische afhandeling. Je controleert ingediende documenten op juistheid en volledigheid (bijvoorbeeld rondom Burgerzaken, adresonderzoeken of vergunningen), verwerkt mutaties in de gemeentelijke basissystemen en zorgt voor de formele correspondentie richting inwoners. Je zult werken binnen een gestructureerd team waarin kwaliteit, een informele samenwerking en continue professionele groei centraal staan. Je brengt mee - Een afgeronde MBO-4 of HBO-opleiding; - Een scherp oog voor detail en het vermogen om uiterst nauwkeurig en foutloos te werken; - Minimaal twee jaar gemeentelijke ervaring; - Goede typevaardigheid en het vermogen om snel je weg te vinden in complexe gemeentelijke softwaresystemen en basisregistraties (zoals de BRP); - Sterke schriftelijke vaardigheden voor het opstellen van formele brieven en beschikkingen; - (Enige) administratieve werkervaring, bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een gemeente of een andere overheidsinstelling.
