Als backoffice medewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor administratieve ondersteuning en het beheer van de webshop. Je werkt met verschillende digitale programma’s, past de webshop aan en staat in voor een vlekkeloze administratieve flow. Jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatie zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het verwerken van inkomende bestellingen, het updaten van de webshop, en het ondersteunen van collega’s met administratieve vragen. Je leert snel nieuwe software en denkt mee na over hoe processen eenvoudiger en efficiënter kunnen. Stressvolle momenten schrikken je niet af, want je blijft rustig en werkt alles netjes af.

  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je blijft rustig onder stress en bent oplossingsgericht

  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en bent dynamisch
  • Minimum graduaat denkniveau
