Backoffice medewerker inkoop Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je krijgt een zelfstandige plek binnen een betrokken inkoopteam. Jij bent de enige Backoffice Medewerker Inkoop en werkt dagelijks samen met vijf inkopers met expertise in bloemen, planten en hardware. De sfeer binnen de organisatie is no-nonsense en de lijnen zijn kort. Er is ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen met cursussen en trainingen. Ook zijn er gezellige uitjes, vers fruit en krijg je korting op bloemen en planten. - Een salaris tussen €3000,- en €3500,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen en een pensioenregeling; - Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,22 per kilometer; - Een functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week, waarbij fulltime de voorkeur heeft; - Reguliere kantoortijden: je start tussen 08.00 en 09.00 uur en werkt tot ongeveer 17.00 uur. Functieomschrijving Als Backoffice Medewerker Inkoop zorg jij dat de vijf inkopers zich volledig kunnen richten op het inkopen van bloemen. Terwijl zij bezig zijn met leveranciers en assortimenten, houd jij grip op alles wat administratief en operationeel geregeld moet worden. Je hebt daarin een zelfstandige positie en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor verschillende interne en externe partijen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je controleert en corrigeert facturen en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie nauwkeurig wordt verwerkt; - Rondom de fustadministratie houd je het overzicht en controleer je of de gegevens kloppen; - Orderbevestigingen maak en verwerk je zorgvuldig en binnenkomende orders verdeel je op de juiste manier; - Met interne en externe teams onderhoud je contact en zorg je dat informatie bij de juiste personen terechtkomt; - Nieuwe werkzaamheden binnen de inkoopbackoffice pak je gemakkelijk op en je denkt mee wanneer administratieve processen daarom vragen.
