Als nieuwe collega bij Frits ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Als iemand belt, ben jij degene die hem of haar verder helpt. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat ons kantoor op rolletjes loopt. Zonder jou geen agenda die klopt, geen koffie in de kast en geen slingers als er iemand jarig is. Bij Frits willen we dat iedereen in Nederland onderaan de streep de juiste hypotheekkeuze maakt. Daar zetten ruim 50 Fritsers zich iedere dag met veel plezier voor in. We dagen elkaar uit, helpen elkaar vooruit en groeien hard. Om onze klanten de service te bieden die ze van ons verwachten, zoeken we een backoffice medewerker / secretaresse. Bel je met Frits? Dan krijg je jou aan de lijn. Als backoffice medewerker beantwoord je vragen, help je klanten op weg en plan je hun eerste gesprek met een adviseur in. Daarnaast ben je de secretaresse van ons kantoor en houd je achter de schermen de boel draaiende: jij zorgt ervoor dat de agenda's kloppen, dat de koffie nooit op is en dat iedere verjaardag gevierd wordt. Wat ga je doen? - Jij bent de eerste stem van Frits. Je neemt de telefoon op, beantwoordt vragen van klanten en helpt ze op weg. Wil iemand weten hoe een eerste gesprek werkt, of wat hij of zij daarvoor moet voorbereiden? Dan leg jij dat uit. Is er een inhoudelijke vraag? Dan verbind je de klant door met de juiste collega. Zo zet je de toon voor de rest van het hypotheektraject. - Je plant de eerste gesprekken in. Heeft een stel net een bod gedaan op hun droomhuis en willen ze snel om tafel? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat er deze week nog een gesp...
