Draag bij aan de grote vastgoedopgaven van Waterschap Limburg en werk mee aan uitdagende projecten die echt impact maken. Samen zetten we onze schouders eronder. Word jij onze nieuwe Backoffice Medewerker Vastgoed? Als Backoffice medewerker Vastgoed werk je mee aan het tijdig beschikbaar maken van de benodigde gronden voor onze projecten. Van beekherstelprojecten, wateroverlast- en droogtemaatregelen tot aan onze dijkversterkingsprojecten. Dankzij jouw bijdrage zorgen we dat de gronden tijdig beschikbaar zijn om onze opgaven te kunnen realiseren. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving vol complexe vraagstukken, waarin snel schakelen, oplossingsgericht denken en samenwerken essentieel zijn. Team Vastgoed bestaat uit een teammanager, een strategisch adviseur, coördinatoren vastgoed, aankopers, technisch medewerkers, GIS-medewerkers en backoffice medewerkers. Jouw werkzaamheden Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve en juridische processen soepel verlopen. Je ondersteunt bij aan- en verkopen, grondzaken, zakelijke rechten en notariële trajecten. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent houd je overzicht, bewaak je de voortgang en zorg je ervoor dat dossiers compleet en actueel zijn. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de uitvoering van de vastgoedopgaven van het waterschap. Je krijgt een afwisselend en uitdagend takenpakket. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het opdracht geven aan notarissen voor het passeren van akten, - het beoordelen van conceptakten en verzorgen van de bijbehorende administratieve en juridische voorbereiding, zodat de akten tijdig kunnen worden gepasseerd; - het onderhouden van contacten met stakeholders en rentmeesters over administratieve en procesmatige zaken; - het ondersteunen van het team Vastgoed bij uiteenlopende administratieve werkzaam...
