Wat ga je doen als Allround Backoffice Professional? - Je verzorgt de correcte verloning van onze vakkrachten volgens de geldende cao's en wet- en regelgeving; - Je zorgt voor een tijdige en juiste facturatie richting opdrachtgevers; - Je beheert en verwerkt verzuimmeldingen zorgvuldig; - Je onderhoudt contact met vakkrachten, opdrachtgevers en collega's over administratieve zaken; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van diverse backofficeprocessen; - Je ondersteunt collega's bij administratieve vraagstukken; - Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct en volledig worden verwerkt in onze systemen. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde financieel-administratieve opleiding op mbo-niveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; - Een proactieve en hands-on mentaliteit; - Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's.
