Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen in der Betreuung von Gewerbe- und Industriekunden sowie in den Bereichen Tourismus und Sport. Zu unseren Kunden zählen renommierte Unternehmen, Sportverbände und Großveranstalter aus ganz Österreich.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung für Riskmanagement suchen wir ab 01.01.2027 eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team insbesondere im internationalen Netzwerk unterstützt und Freude an einer strukturierten, serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise mitbringt.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung im Bereich Risikomanagement für unsere Unternehmenskunden

* Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Verwaltung der Risikoprofile unserer Kunden

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von versicherungstechnischen Risikoberichten

* Unterstützung beim Reporting von Risikomaßnahmen an Versicherer

* Unterstützung im Account Management für Industrie- und internationale Kunden

* Pflege, Verwaltung und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten, Verträgen und Polizzen

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Vertragskonzepten, Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen mit Versicherern

* Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Vertragsbearbeitung

Durch eine gezielte Weiterbildung besteht mittelfristig die Möglichkeit sich zum Junior Risikomanager weiterzuentwickeln, beim Ausbau der Abteilung mitzuwirken und mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Interesse an Versicherungs- und Risikomanagementthemen

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kund:innen und Partner:innen

* Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Ausgeprägter Umgang mit MS-Office, im Speziellen Excel

* Motivation, Neues zu lernen und sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld oder im Bereich Risikomanagement. Aber auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger:innen oder Absolvent:innen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Gehalt

Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei 31.500 € brutto pro Jahr (auf 38,5 Stunden Basis), das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Das monatliche Gehalt wird 14-mal jährlich ausbezahlt.
