Functie

Voor een dynamische garage in Gooik zoeken wij een Backoffice Sales medewerker om het verkoopteam te versterken. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met commerciële drive en zorgt ervoor dat verkoopdossiers vlot en correct verlopen, van bestelling tot aflevering.

Jouw taken

  • Aanmaken, opvolgen, factureren en administratief afhandelen van verkoopdossiers richting klant, fabrikant, opbouwer en eigen werkplaats.
  • Controleren van de juistheid van rekenbladen.
  • Controleren van de technische samenstelling van te bestellen voertuigen en nieuwe voertuigen bestellen.
  • Opvolgen dat extra accessoires worden besteld en geplaatst, zoals zwaailichten en laadvloeren.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de verkoper: aflevering van voertuigen.
  • Maandelijkse rapportage van gerealiseerde verkopen aan de sales manager.
  • Beheer van de stocklijst.
  • Opvolgen en rapporteren van ontvangen tussenkomsten.
  • Communicatie tussen garage en Sales Area Manager van de invoerder.
  • Communicatie met leasingmaatschappijen en controle van leasingcontracten.
  • Inontvangstname van nieuwe voertuigen en controle op transportschade.
  • Opvolging en analyse van het stockwagenpark.
  • Ondersteuning bij het versturen van mailings.
  • Voorbereiding en deelname aan audits.
  • Back-up voor je collega in de backoffice.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een technisch bachelor diploma in autotechnologie, elektromechanica, mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent een administratieve topper die houdt van nauwkeurig werken; geen enkel detail ontsnapt aan jouw kritische blik.
  • Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig en een echte teamspeler.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands én Frans met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je hebt zeer goede PC-vaardigheden, waaronder Excel en Word.
