The posting

Elke woensdagochtend controleer jij de salarisrun van onze medewerkers en druk jij op verwerken. Dat klinkt simpeler dan het is, want jij wil dat alles klopt. Uren, mutaties, CAO-toepassing, correcties. Als er iets niet klopt, los jij het op. En daarna zorg jij dat het niet meer mis gaat. Naast de payroll controle ben jij onze AFAS-specialist. Jij richt in en voert uit en bewaakt dat onze processen actueel en schaalbaar zijn. Samen met onze AFAS-partner bouw jij stap voor stap aan een backoffice die op automatische piloot kan draaien. En dan is er nog de NEN-certificering. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze SNA / NEN 4400-1 audit. Niet als iemand die een map bijhoudt, maar als iemand die écht begrijpt wat er getoetst wordt, intern pre-audits uitvoert en bevindingen omzet in verbeterplannen.

LabourLink is een gespecialiseerd uitzendbureau actief in de logistiek en luchtvracht rondom Schiphol. We zijn onderdeel van een groeiende groep van niche uitzendorganisaties. Onze backoffice is de ruggengraat van alles wat we doen. En die ruggengraat wordt sterker zodra jij erbij bent. Op dit moment doen wij de payroll voor 200 medewerkers en willen groeien naar boven de 1.000. Door het goed te organiseren blijven wij dat op een kwalitatief goede manier doen.
