Dan zoeken wij jou! Uw rol CA-Flexgroup is dé partner voor uitzendbureaus die volledige administratieve en operationele ontzorging zoeken. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten onder andere met contract- en salarisadministratie, debiteurenbeheer en het overnemen van het volledige verzuimrisico. Zo kunnen onze klanten zich volledig richten op hun kernactiviteiten: het vinden en plaatsen van de juiste kandidaten. Uw profiel - Je hebt ruime ervaring in de flexmarkt; - Je hebt een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding en denkt altijd een stap vooruit. - Je bent bekend met alle administratieve processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom van flexkrachten, inclusief contractbeheer, urenregistratie en facturatie Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en servicegerichte instelling maak je het verschil en zorg je ervoor dat onze (salaris)administratie altijd perfect op orde is. - Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met AFAS software. - Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet schakelen tussen verschillende interne en externe partijen. - Dankzij jouw diepgaande vakkennis ben je een echte autoriteit. Of je nu fungeert als de go-to persoon voor CAO-vraagstukken, nieuwe partners begeleidt of nieuwe collega's op de afdeling wegwijs maakt.
