Word Backoffice Specialist en zorg iedere woensdagochtend voor correcte salarisbetalingen. Function Description Waarom deze functie bestaat Wij verzorgen de salarisadministratie voor 200 medewerkers en willen door naar boven de 1.000. Dat lukt niet door hetzelfde werk vijf keer zo vaak te doen. Er moet iemand bij die twee dingen tegelijk draagt: de wekelijkse verwerking, en de verbetering van de processen eronder, zodat een kleine ploeg grote volumes aankan. Daar komt de SNA-certificering bij. Als uitzendbureau worden wij jaarlijks getoetst op NEN 4400-1: dragen wij de loonheffingen correct af en passen wij de arbeidsregels goed toe. Dat werk loopt nu naast de operatie mee. In deze rol wordt het een vast proces, en het is van jou. Op termijn gaan de financiële administratie, de verloning en de facturatie van LabourLink over naar een gezamenlijke administratieve dienst voor de hele groep. Je bouwt daar vanaf het begin aan mee. Wat ga je doen? Elke woensdagochtend controleer jij de uren die Ilse heeft ingevoerd, draai jij de salarisrun en druk jij op verwerken. Dat klinkt simpeler dan het is, want jij wilt dat alles klopt: uren, mutaties, toepassing van de CAO, correcties. Zit er een fout in, dan los jij die op, verklaar jij wat er misging en zorg jij dat het de volgende keer niet meer gebeurt. Wijzigingen in wet en CAO volg je van signaal tot uitvoer.
