Bakker (Operator Bakkerij) MBO €2.900 - €3.600 Solliciteren Met brood bakken je brood verdienen? Iedere dag bakken we in onze bakkerij de lekkerste dagverse broodspecialiteiten. Deze overheerlijke broden worden dagelijks vers uitgeleverd aan de Aldi-filialen in Noord- en Oost-Nederland. We zijn trots op ons brood en gaan alleen voor de beste kwaliteit. Als bakker heb je hierin een onmisbare (brood)rol. Kom jij ons bakkersteam versterken? Vacature bakker bakkerij Faber Apeldoorn 01:00 Wat ga je doen als Bakker (Operator Mengerij)? - Vandaag werk je in de ochtendploeg en start je de dag om 7.00 uur. De ploeg van vannacht heeft alles al schoongemaakt, dus je kunt gelijk aan de bak. - Het bakken van grootbrood is vandaag jouw taak. Je collega-bakker houdt zich bezig met de andere broodlijn: de bolletjes. De benodigde ingrediënten weeg je nauwkeurig af, de kneedmachine van alle ingrediënten een mooi deeg kan kneden. - Het deeg is klaar. De machine verdeelt het deeg nu in broden, die kunnen gaan rijzen in de rijskast. - Veertig minuten later controleer je het deeg. Is het goed gerezen? De opmaakmachine brengt het deeg in de juiste vorm en zorgt dat dit in het bakblik valt. - Tijd voor de narijskast. De broden krijgen zeventig minuten de tijd om na te rijzen. Ondertussen ben jij alweer bezig om de andere degen te bereiden en te verwerken. - Op naar de oven. De broden mogen nu lekker bruin gaan bakken. Wat ruikt het toch altijd lekker in de bakkerij. - De broden komen mooi uit de oven en kunnen gaan afkoelen. Je hebt inmiddels de lijn goed gevuld met allerlei soorten deeg. Je let goed op dat ieder deeg de juiste decoratie krijgt. Ook ben je alvast bezig met het maken van de tijgerpap, wat straks op de bovenkant van het boerenbrood wordt aangebracht.
