Voor een ambachtelijke bakkerij met sterke naam in regio Ieper en Poperinge zoeken we een bakker met passie voor het vak. Iemand die graag werkt met deeg, ovens en kwaliteitsproducten. Geen industriële massaproductie, wel een omgeving waar vakmanschap en correcte producten centraal staan.

Deze functie past bij iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en voldoening haalt uit een toonbank die ’s morgens mooi gevuld ligt.

Functieomschrijving

Als bakker sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse productie van brood, viennoiserie en andere bakkerijproducten.

Jouw takenpakket:

• Bereiden en verwerken van deeg

• Afwegen en mengen van ingrediënten

• Opmaken en bakken van brood en andere producten

• Werken met bakkerijmachines en ovens

• Controleren van kwaliteit en afwerking

• Mee zorgen voor orde, netheid en hygiëne in het atelier

• Voorbereiden van producties voor de volgende dag

Je werkt in vroege uren of nachturen, zoals dat hoort in een bakkerij. Geen job voor mensen die pas functioneren na twee koffies en een motivational podcast.

  • • Ervaring als bakker of opleiding bakkerij
  • • Je kan zelfstandig werken
