Wat ga je doen? Voor een ambachtelijke bakkerij in Kerkrade zijn wij op zoek naar Operators die graag met machines werken en het leuk vinden om praktisch bezig te zijn. Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar dagelijks vers brood wordt gebakken, verpakt en gereedgemaakt voor verzending. Traditie en vakmanschap vormen al tientallen jaren de basis, waarbij moderne productietechnieken een belangrijke rol spelen. Wat ga je doen als Operator? - Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines, afgestemd op de verschillende broodsoorten en productie-eisen; - Bedienen en vullen van machines aan de hand van de juiste recepturen; - Zorgen dat grondstoffen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en controleren of deze aan de eisen voldoen; - Herkennen en waar mogelijk verhelpen van eenvoudige storingen aan de machines; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en procescontroles gedurende de productie; - Zorgdragen voor een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek en het schoonhouden van de machines. Dit bezit je: Wat breng jij mee als operator? - Je spreekt en begrijpt de Nederlandse of Engelse taal; - Je hebt eerder gewerkt als operator, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en weet goed om te gaan met machines; - Kennis van en ervaring met voedselveiligheid is mooi meegenomen; - Je werkt zorgvuldig en vindt kwaliteit, hygiëne en veilig werken belangrijk; - Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om volgens een aangepast 3-ploegenrooster te werken. Je bent werkzaam van maandag tot en met zondag binnen een 3-ploegendienst. De werktijden zijn over het algemeen: - Ochtend: 06:00 - 15:00 uur; - Middag: 14:45 - 23:00 uur; - Nacht: 22:45 - 07:00 uur.
