Werk jij graag met voeding én mensen? En ben je iemand die overzicht houdt terwijl het tempo hoog ligt en de ovens draaien?

Voor Le Vesuve zoeken we een bakker teamleader die mee instaat voor de voorbereiding van deeg én het aansturen van de verpakkingsploeg binnen een warme productieomgeving. Letterlijk ook een beetje warm dus. Geen job voor iemand die al begint te zweten bij 22 graden.

Functieomschrijving

Als bakker teamleader combineer je productie met verantwoordelijkheid op de werkvloer.

Je zorgt ervoor dat het deeg correct voorbereid wordt en dat de verpakkingsploeg efficiënt kan werken.

  • Je takenpakket:
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van deeg
  • Machines en productielijnen opvolgen
  • Aansturen van de verpakkingsploeg
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte productieplanning
  • Kwaliteit en hygiëne bewaken
  • Meehelpen waar nodig op de werkvloer
  • Communiceren met collega’s en productie
  • Problemen snel signaleren en oplossen
  • Mee zorgen voor orde en veiligheid

Je werkt in een 1,5 ploegensysteem:

  • Week 1: 5u30 tot 15u30
  • Week 2: 11u00 tot 19u15

Gemiddeld werk je 7u36 per dag.

  • Ervaring in voeding is een grote plus
  • Ervaring als teamleader of verantwoordelijke is mooi meegenomen
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Je kan je ook uitdrukken in het Engels
  • Tegen warmte kunnen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk
  • Teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan werken
