Tijdens mijn BBL-opleiding had ik Bakker Bart als leerbedrijf en daarna ben ik blijven hangen. Ik rondde de interne TOP-opleiding bij Bart's Retail af en kreeg de kans om samen met eigenaar Jan Peters een VOF op te zetten zodat ik het bedrijf geleidelijk kan overnemen. Zo ging ik dus in een aantal jaren van bijbaan naar Franchisenemer van een eigen Bakker Bart! Bart's Retail TOP-opleiding Wilbur van den Hoven Bijna 20 jaar geleden begon ik als Systeem-/netwerkbeheerder bij Bakker Bart en nu ben ik de trotse Manager ICT op ons servicekantoor in Utrecht! De sfeer is hier top, en in mijn team heerst een fijne samenwerking. Bij Bakker Bart krijg je alle ruimte voor ontwikkeling, plus gezelligheid, vrijheid in je werk en natuurlijk leuke uitjes. Time flies when you're having fun. Inmiddels werk ik alweer meer dan 25 jaar voor Bakker Bart, waarvan de laatste 10 jaar bij Bart's Retail op het Servicekantoor. Ooit begon ik als Bakkerijmedewerker, daarna werd ik Bedrijfsleider. Nu heb ik een kantoorfunctie als Operationeel Specialist. Het leukste aan het werken is de dynamiek binnen Bakker Bart. Het is de lekkerste job die er is en dat gaat altijd door. Franchise Manager, Bakker Bart 5 jaar geleden begon ik als Vakexpert bij Bakker Bart en groeide naar de rol van Operationeel Manager. Nu vervul ik met plezier de functie van Franchise Manager. Mijn werk is leuk en uitdagend: geen dag is hetzelfde. Kansen zijn er genoeg, maar je moet ze zelf spotten en grijpen als ze zich voordoen. Bakker Bart is een fantastische uitdaging!
