Je stelt machines nauwkeurig in, leert graagbij en werkt resultaatgericht samen. Je neemt initiatief enbent trots op het product dat je maakt. Schaal G: € 2.550 - € 3.400 bruto per maand, exclusief28% ploegentoeslag. Inclusief toeslag: € 3.264 -€ 4.352, afhankelijk van ervaring. Reiskosten: € 0,23 per km, bij 10-40 km enkele reis. Vrije tijd: 20 vakantiedagen bij fulltime; mogelijkheidom 5 dagen bij te kopen. Pensioen: een 50/50-bijdrageregeling. Gezond op het werk: vers fruit op maandag, woensdagen vrijdag.
