Voor ons secretariaat binnen Medisch Centrum Wijnegem zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en patiëntgerichte balie-assistente met ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een functie als mede-verantwoordelijke van het secretariaat.

Je start als balie-assistente en wordt stap voor stap vertrouwd gemaakt met de verschillende aspecten van de secretariaatswerking. Je werkt nauw samen met onze huidige verantwoordelijke en krijgt de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

We zoeken iemand die graag actief aan de balie werkt, maar daarnaast ook interesse heeft in organisatie, communicatie en het mee aansturen van de dagelijkse werking.

Jouw taken

Als balie-assistente sta je onder andere in voor:

* Het vriendelijk en professioneel onthalen van patiënten

* Patiënten telefonisch en aan de balie verder helpen

* Afspraken en planning mee opvolgen

* Administratieve en secretariaatstaken uitvoeren

* Instaan voor een correcte en patiëntgerichte communicatie

* Samenwerken met de tandartsen, assistentes en het secretariaat

* Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking van het secretariaat

* Problemen of aandachtspunten signaleren

* Meedenken over een efficiënte en vlotte werking

Naarmate je ervaring en kennis groeien, krijg je de mogelijkheid om bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen en door te groeien naar een functie als mede-verantwoordelijke.

Profiel

We zoeken iemand die:

* Patiënten graag vriendelijk en professioneel te woord staat

* Patiëntgericht en communicatief sterk is

* Organisatorisch is ingesteld en goed het overzicht kan bewaren

* Zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief neemt

* Goed kan functioneren in een drukke en dynamische omgeving

* Verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen

* Graag meedenkt over de werking van het secretariaat

* Ambitie heeft om op termijn door te groeien

* Hands-on en flexibel is

* Graag samenwerkt met collega’s

Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben als verantwoordelijke. Motivatie, inzet, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de wil om bij te leren vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Ervaring in de tandheelkundige of medische sector

Ervaring als balie- of secretariaatsmedewerker binnen een tandartspraktijk, medische praktijk of andere zorgomgeving is een belangrijke troef.

Onze praktijk telt 9 tandartsen en ontvangt dagelijks een groot aantal patiënten. Affiniteit met de tandheelkundige sector en ervaring met een vergelijkbare werkomgeving zijn daarom zeker een pluspunt.
