Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al enige ervaring heeft opgedaan in een administratieve functie binnen de logistiek. Je bent communicatief sterk en vindt het prettig om gedurende de dag met verschillende chauffeurs en collega's te schakelen. Daarnaast: - Heb je ervaring binnen een administratieve logistieke werkomgeving. - Kun je goed overweg met Microsoft Outlook, Excel en Word. - Ben je klant- en servicegericht ingesteld. - Heb je een praktische en flexibele werkhouding. - Denk je in oplossingen wanneer zich onverwachte situaties voordoen. - Durf je op een professionele manier je mening te geven. - Kun je zelfstandig werken, maar zoek je tegelijkertijd actief de samenwerking met collega's. wat ga je doen? Als Balie / Frontdesk Medewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor vrachtwagenchauffeurs die containers komen afleveren of ophalen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs op de juiste manier worden geholpen en dat alle administratieve werkzaamheden rondom de containers correct worden afgehandeld. Je controleert de benodigde documenten, verwerkt de bijbehorende gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat informatie op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Daarbij heb je veel contact met verschillende interne afdelingen en operationele collega's. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Ontvangen en te woord staan van vrachtwagenchauffeurs die containers komen halen of brengen. - Informeren van chauffeurs over waar zij zich op het terrein moeten melden. - Controleren van documenten die bij inkomende en uitgaande containers horen. - Verzorgen van een correcte en efficiënte administratieve verwerking van containerbewegingen. - Controleren of aangeleverde documenten en gegevens volledig en juist zijn. - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met verschillende interne planningsafdelingen. - Schakel...
