Voor een lokaal verzekeringskantoor in Dilsen-Stokkem zoeken we een Balie & Office Management Medewerker.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je mee voor een vlotte dagelijkse kantoorwerking.

Jouw taken:

  • Je verwelkomt klanten en bezoekers op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je beheert inkomende telefoons, beantwoordt vragen en verwijst klanten door naar de juiste collega.
  • Je plant afspraken in en volgt inkomende aanvragen en dossiers op.
  • Je verwerkt documenten, post en algemene administratieve taken.
  • Je ondersteunt bij eenvoudige transacties en schadedossiers.
  • Je bewaakt de goede doorstroming van het inkomende werk binnen het kantoor.
  • Je ondersteunt de kantoororganisatie, waaronder bestellingen, kasbeheer en praktische voorzieningen.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning bij marketing, website en social media.
  • Je zorgt voor orde, structuur en een professionele uitstraling van het kantoor en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor Financiën- en Verzekeringswezen, Rechtspraktijk, Bedrijfsmanagement (financiële richting) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring in verzekeringen is een plus; FSMA-certificaten zijn een troef.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief sterk en professioneel in je aanpak.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en vlot met digitale toepassingen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in telefonisch en persoonlijk klantencontact.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en straalt vertrouwen uit.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Betrouwbaarheid, discretie en verantwoordelijkheidszin kenmerken jouw werkhouding.
  • Interesse in digitale communicatie en kantoorondersteuning is mooi meegenomen.
