Krijg jij voldoening van een klant die met het juiste auto-onderdeel naar buiten stapt? En vind je het leuk om uit te zoeken welk onderdeel precies bij een wagen past? Als baliebediende auto-onderdelen in Heusden-Zolder combineer je klantencontact, technische opzoekingen, administratie en verkoop. Je komt terecht in een stabiel bedrijf met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring en een aanbod van ruim 50.000 onderdelen.

Je helpt klanten aan de balie én via telefoon. Soms zoek je een klein boutje, soms een accu of een specifiek onderdeel op basis van een chassisnummer. Elk juist onderdeel maakt het verschil.

De juiste match vinden? Dat is hier minstens even belangrijk als de verkoop.

Functie-inhoud

Je werkt bij een onderneming die auto-onderdelen, gereedschappen, car-detailingproducten en accessoires verkoopt. Ook worden bepaalde producten geïnstalleerd. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct worden opgezocht, verwerkt en klaargezet.

  • Je helpt klanten in de winkel en aan de telefoon. Je zoekt onderdelen op aan de hand van voertuiggegevens of een chassisnummer.
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en gebruikt die informatie om het juiste onderdeel te herkennen en aan te wijzen.
  • Je verwerkt verkopen en betalingen, en zet onderdelen correct op afleverbonnen en facturen.
  • Je volgt online bestellingen op: je stuurt aanvragen door naar leveranciers en legt artikelen uit de eigen voorraad klaar.
  • Je maakt bestellingen klaar voor de chauffeurs en verwerkt retouren zorgvuldig met de juiste documenten, zodat onderdelen correct terug naar leveranciers gaan.

Daarnaast houd je de winkel netjes en overzichtelijk. Je schakelt doorheen de dag tussen klanten, telefoons, bestellingen en administratie. Soms gaat het om kleine onderdelen, soms om zwaardere accu’s of grote vaten vloeistof. De job vraagt dus ook dat je veilig met goederen omgaat.

Je helpt graag mensen en hebt interesse in auto’s en techniek. Je luistert naar de vraag, zoekt nauwkeurig naar de juiste oplossing en blijft overzicht houden wanneer er meerdere klanten of bestellingen tegelijk binnenkomen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt ook vlot af met collega’s. Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist: jouw kennis, inzicht en praktische aanpak tellen vooral.

Must-haves

  • Kennis van auto-onderdelen of voldoende technische basis om onderdelen correct te leren opzoeken.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot, zowel aan de balie als via telefoon.
  • Je kunt met een computer werken en gegevens nauwkeurig verwerken.
  • Je werkt punctueel, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt overzicht bij verschillende taken.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ervaring als baliebediende, magazijnier of in de verkoop van auto-onderdelen.
  • Ervaring met technische tekeningen, chassisnummers of online bestelplatformen.
