Voor een vakantiepark te Houthalen-Helchteren zoeken we nog een baliemedewerker voor aan de binnenspeeltuin.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beantwoordt telefoons, e-mails en chatberichten snel, correct en klantvriendelijk.
  • Je verzorgt de ticketverkoop
  • Je verzorgt de administratie, facturatie van boekingen, en verwerkt de online reserveringen
  • Je werkt met verschillende administratieve systemen en beheert overzichten in Word en Excel.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's aan het onthaal wanneer nodig.
  • Je helpt klanten verder aan de balie en hecht een groot belang aan klantvriendelijkheid

Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en kan je vlot behelpen in het Engels en het Frans.

Je bent bereid om ook avonduren te doen (tot 21u).

Je bent bereid om 1 op 2 weekends te werken (zowel zaterdag als zondag).

Je kan niet meer dan 2 weken verlof nemen tijdens de schoolvakanties omdat dit de drukste momenten zijn.

Je bent klantvriendelijk en hebt een verzorgd voorkomen.
