Functieomschrijving

Als baliemedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je zorgt voor een warm onthaal, biedt de juiste informatie aan en ondersteunt mee de dagelijkse administratieve werking.

Jouw taken bestaan uit:

Onthaal en klantenservice

Je ontvangt klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoons en schakelt oproepen correct door Je informeert klanten en verwijst hen door naar de juiste collega Je ontvangt vertegenwoordigers en begeleidt hen verder

Klachten, retours en omruilingen

Je verwerkt retouraanvragen en terugnames administratief correct Je volgt herstellingen en wisselstukken op Je behandelt omruilingen volgens de geldende procedures Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de verdere afhandeling Je overlegt bij complexe dossiers met de verantwoordelijke leidinggevende

Administratieve ondersteuning

Je maakt cadeaubonnen en offertes op Je volgt geboortelijsten administratief op Je verwerkt inkomende e-mails en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging Je verwerkt klantenbestellingen en aankooporders Je boekt leveringen af en houdt administratieve dossiers nauwkeurig bij
