Ben jij nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en zoek je een leuke bijbaan naast je studie of andere bezigheden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Jouw missie: zorgen dat uitgaande en inkomende vrachten correct, veilig en volgens afspraak ons terrein verlaten en aankomen. Wat ga je doen? Als Baliemedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en bezoekers. Je controleert uitgaande én inkomende vrachten op volledigheid en kwaliteit, geeft instructies over procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling aan de balie. Daarnaast verwijs je bezoekers naar de juiste locatie op het terrein. Daarnaast voer je lichte administratieve werkzaamheden uit, zoals het controleren en verwerken van documenten en het registreren van gegevens van vrachtwagens. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de logistiek en draagt bij aan een veilig en soepel logistiek proces. Deze functie is ideaal als bijbaan, waarbij je voornamelijk wordt ingezet op vrijdagochtend , tijdens vakantieperiodes en mogelijk een aantal zaterdagochtenden . Vereisten ✔ Nauwkeurig en oog voor detail; ✔ Communicatief vaardig en klantgericht; ✔ Zelfstandig werken en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen; ✔ Houdt je aan veiligheidsregels en procedures; ✔ Ervaring in logistiek of administratie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
