Ben jij op zoek naar een afwisselende en veelzijdige baan? En ben jij communicatief en sociaal ingesteld? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Als baliemedewerker (24-32 uur) begin jij je dag met een lekkere kop koffie, om 8 uur open je de voordeur met een glimlach en kan jouw dag beginnen. Je begint met het controleren van de meldingen van de dag ervoor, je kijkt na of deze correct verwerkt zijn. Mochten hier fouten in zitten dan werk je deze weg.

Ook controleer je de betalingen en kijk je of deze juist verwerkt zijn. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van de telefoon en van de e-mail. Jouw dag zal verder nog bestaan uit kleine administratieve handelingen.

Als baliemedewerker ben jij het visitekaartje van het bedrijf. Je verwelkomt de klanten met een warme glimlach en handelt met hen de betalingen af.

Waar ga je werken?

Het bedrijf biedt vakkundige pechhulp en is een ervaren partner in het takelen en bergen van zware en minder zware voertuigen. Deze werkzaamheden voeren zij ook dagelijks uit in opdracht van verschillende instanties. Het team werkt vakkundig en efficiënt én zet alles op alles om het probleem op te lossen, zodat mensen snel en veilig hun weg kunnen vervolgen.

De locatie waar jij werkzaam zal zijn is Den Haag.

Wat vragen wij?

Wij zijn opzoek naar iemand die sterk in zijn/haar schoenen staat en goed kan werken onder druk. Ook is het is belangrijk dat je sociaal, empathisch en meedenkend bent. Verder ben je:

- Ervaren in Microsoft Office en Outlook; - In beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel spraak als geschrift; - Geordend en erg punctueel; - In het bezit van een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Iemand die snel kan schakelen.
