🛠️ Jouw dag als Counter Sales Advisor

  • Adviseren met impact: Je luistert naar de noden van installateurs en industriële klanten. Of ze nu zoeken naar specifieke bekabeling of complexe verlichtingssystemen, jij graaft in je technische kennis en biedt de perfecte oplossing.
  • Actieve verkoop: Je ziet kansen. Heeft een klant materiaal nodig voor een renovatie? Dan wijs jij hem subtiel op de nieuwste smart home-toepassingen of energiezuinige alternatieven.
  • Logistieke flow: Tussen het adviseren door zorg je dat de bestellingen correct verwerkt worden in het systeem. Je houdt de voorraad in de gaten en zorgt dat de shop er altijd piekfijn en uitnodigend bij ligt.
  • Relaties bouwen: Je bent het vaste gezicht voor de klanten uit de regio. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op waardoor ze telkens weer met plezier bij jou aan de balie staan.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (elektriciteit of elektromechanica) of hebt door ervaring een sterke kennis van elektrisch materiaal opgebouwd.
  • Je bent een geboren communicator die vlot in het Nederlands adviseert en overtuigt.
  • Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA; je denkt altijd drie stappen vooruit om de beste service te bieden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kunt vlot overweg met digitale tools en houdt van een ordelijke werkomgeving.
