Dan is Van Cranenbroek op zoek naar jou als Baliemedewerker Technische Dienst in Dongen! Wat ga je doen? Van Cranenbroek is een familiebedrijf met vijf filialen in Nederland en België en circa 1000 medewerkers. In onze winkel in Dongen vinden klanten alles voor huis, tuin, dier en klus. Gaat er iets kapot of werkt een product niet zoals het hoort, dan komen ze bij jou aan de balie van de Technische Dienst. Jij zoekt uit wat er aan de hand is, regelt de reparatie of garantie en zorgt dat de klant weet waar hij aan toe is. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's aan de TD-balie: - Intake en uitgifte van reparaties en (garantie)retouren; - Klanten adviseren over onderdelen, onderhoud en technische problemen; - Werkzaamheden inplannen met de TD-monteurs; - Onderdelen bestellen, ontvangen en uitgeven; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers over reparaties en garanties; - De administratie rond reparaties, garanties en retouren bijhouden; - Telefoon en e-mail van de Technische Dienst beantwoorden; - Eenvoudige tests of checks uitvoeren; - Beheer van de balie: netjes, veilig en op orde. Wat hebben wij jou te bieden? - Een tijdelijk contract voor 24 tot 40 uur per week, met kans op verlenging en uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling; - Een marktconform salaris waarbij iedere gewerkte minuut wordt uitbetaald, plus vakantiegeld; - Toeslag voor werken op feestdagen; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer (tot maximaal 40 km per dag); - Pensioen: 24,75% premie, waarvan maar liefst 18,675% door de werkgever wordt betaald; - Maaltijdvergoeding en gratis fruit op het werk; - 25 vakantiedagen + 1 extra vrije dag bij een f...
