Functieomschrijving Salaris: €3.470 - €4.650 Dienstverband: Fulltime Intro Voor een terminalorganisatie op de Maasvlakte zoeken wij een servicegerichte Balie Medewerker . In deze rol vervul je een belangrijke positie binnen de dagelijkse operatie. Je ondersteunt chauffeurs en klanten, verwerkt administratieve gegevens en stemt continu af met interne afdelingen en externe partners. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en communicatieve vaardigheden blijven processen efficiënt en correct verlopen. Functieomschrijving Als Balie Medewerker houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontvangen en te woord staan van chauffeurs en klanten aan de balie. - Beantwoorden van vragen en ondersteunen bij documentafhandeling. - Controleren, verwerken en corrigeren van gegevens in het informatiesysteem - Onderhouden van contact met interne afdelingen en externe partijen. - Afhandelen en zorgdragen van het ITT-proces (Intern Terminal Transport). - Toezien op de procedures rondom cleaning en PTI (Pre-Trip Inspection) van reefers. - Werken in een 5-ploegen rooster , inclusief avond- en nachtdiensten. Functie eisen Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie beschik jij over: - MBO werk- en denkniveau , bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen logistiek of havengebied. - Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal. - Een nauwkeurige en stressbestendige werkhouding. - Flexibiliteit in werktijden en bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken. - Interesse in logistieke processen en terminalactiviteiten is een pré.
