Vriendelijk, representatief en gastvrij. Klantgericht en communicatief sterk. Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd. Handig met de computer. Een echte teamspeler die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Beschikbaar voor 20 tot 24 uur per week (bereid om ook in de weekenden volgens rooster te werken)

Bij Pronto Wonen draait alles om een warm thuisgevoel. Dat begint al bij de entree. Daarom zoeken wij een vriendelijke en servicegerichte baliemedewerker/receptioniste die onze klanten een welkom gevoel geeft en ons team ondersteunt.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat alles aan de balie soepel verloopt.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Het gastvrij ontvangen van klanten. Het beantwoorden van telefoon, e-mail en andere vragen. Het plannen van afspraken. Diverse administratieve werkzaamheden. Het ondersteunen van collega's in de winkel. Het netjes en verzorgd houden van de ontvangstbalie. Wie zoeken wij? Je hoeft niet jarenlang ervaring te hebben. Wij vinden jouw persoonlijkheid minstens zo belangrijk. Jij bent:
