Als balkman asfalt ben jij de regisseur van het wegdek op onze werven in de ruime regio rond Zolder. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke laag asfalt met uiterste precisie wordt gespreid, van fietspaden tot complexe hoofdwegen. In dit hechte team van doeners krijg je de kans om jouw vakmanschap dagelijks te tonen binnen een stabiele organisatie waar teamwork en een gezonde dosis humor de basis vormen van elk succesvol project.

  • Je bent een echte buitenmens die pas tevreden is als de weg er strak en professioneel bij ligt.
  • Ervaring in de wegenbouw is een grote troef, maar we leren je met plezier de fijne kneepjes van het vak.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en bent een betrouwbare collega die houdt van aanpakken in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Flexibiliteit in werkuren en een rijbewijs B zijn essentieel om vlot op onze werven in regio Zolder te geraken.
  • Instellen en bedienen van de balk van de asfaltmachine voor een feilloos en egaal resultaat.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit, dikte en vlakheid van het asfalt tijdens het spreidproces als balkman asfalt.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de machinist en de walsbestuurder om projecten in Zolder tot een perfect einde te brengen.
  • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige handmatige afwerkingen bij voegen en aansluitingen voor een onberispelijk wegdek.
  • Bewaken van de veiligheid op de werf en proactief bijsturen van het proces als vakkundige balkman asfalt.
