Ben jij een nauwkeurige werker met ervaring in de wegenbouw? Heb je oog voor kwaliteit en strakke afwerkingen? Sluit je dan aan bij ons team en word onze nieuwe balkman voor in de asfalt.

Jij staat in voor...

  • Samen met de asfaltploeg zorg je voor de perfecte afwerking van asfaltlagen volgens de specificaties en tekeningen.
  • Bedienen en instellen van de afwerkbalk op de asfaltmachine.
  • Controleren van de aangebrachte asfalt op dikte en afschot.
  • Bijhouden van verwerkte hoeveelheden en rapporteren over de voortgang.
  • Zorgen dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitseisen.

Profiel

Jij beschikt over...

  • Ervaring: Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in de wegenbouw of met asfalt; meer ervaring is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor strakke, vlakke afwerkingen.
  • Je kan goed samenwerken met collega’s, maar je functioneert ook zelfstandig.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en hebt gevoel voor planning en logistiek.
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B, zodat je zich kan verplaatsen met de camionette naar de verschillende werven toe.
  • Bereidheid tot leren: Je staat open voor verdere opleidingen om je vaardigheden te versterken.
  • Taalvaardigheid: De mogelijkheid om je uit te drukken in het Nederlands is belangrijk, voor een goede en veilige communicatie op de werkvloer.
