Onze klant is een klasse 8-aannemer met expertise in bouw, infrastructuur, technieken en civiele werken. De groep realiseert multidisciplinaire projecten voor zowel private als publieke klanten en is dagelijks actief op ongeveer 250 werven in België en omliggende landen, met ondersteuning vanuit meerdere kantoorlocaties. Binnen de organisatie bundelen ongeveer 2.000 medewerkers hun krachten, op de werf en op kantoor, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een zorgzame aanpak voor omgeving en omwonenden. Werfleiders werken dicht bij de ploegen, beslissingen worden snel genomen en het materiaal is op orde. Via hun intern opleidingscentrum kunnen medewerkers opleidingen en bijscholingen volgen die aansluiten bij hun rol en noden. Momenteel hebben ze een openstaande vacature als bandenkraanmachinist regio Aarschot om de huidige teams te versterken.

Jobomschrijving

Als bandenkraanmachinist regio Aarschot start je rond 7.00 uur op de werf en stem je de planning af met de werfleider.

  • Je bedient een toegewezen 16-ton bandenkraan (vaak Volvo) met tiltrotator voor sleuven graven, profileren, laden en fijn afwerken.
  • Je leest plannen, zet uit met laser en werkt nauwkeurig op niveau, met strakke taluds en correcte afwerking.
  • Je werkt veilig volgens de werfregels, plaatst signalisatie correct en houdt rekening met risico’s op de werf.
  • Je voert dagelijks onderhoud uit aan de machine (smeren, controles, kleine storingen oplossen) en meldt problemen meteen.
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig in de buurt van kabels en leidingen, kiest de juiste bakken en grijpers per taak en helpt waar nodig mee op de grond met schop of trilplaat.

Voor deze vacature als bandenkraanmachinist in Aarschot zoeken we iemand die zich thuis voelt op de werf en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

  • Je hebt ervaring als kraanmachinist.
  • Je kan plannen lezen en werken met een laser voor uitzetten en nivelleren.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B om je zelfstandig naar de verschillende werven te verplaatsen.
  • Je draagt veiligheid op de werf hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent flexibel naar verschillende werven toe.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk naar de collega's en andere contactpersonen op de werf.

  • Iemand die veiligheid consequent vooropzet en afspraken op de werf strikt opvolgt.
  • Iemand die georganiseerd werkt, de machine netjes houdt en problemen of risico’s meteen meldt.

  • Iemand die duidelijk communiceert met de werfleider en werfinput geeft wanneer iets slimmer of veiliger kan.
  • Iemand die flexibel is in aanpak en openstaat om bij te leren via coaching en korte opleidingen, bijvoorbeeld rond tiltrotator en precisiewerken.
