Ben jij een expert op de bandenkraan en pas je je moeiteloos aan een wisselend uurrooster aan?

Wij zijn op zoek naar extra collega machinist om onze spoorarbeiders te ondersteunen. Als firma zijn wij actief in de aanleg en het onderhoud van spoorwegen en staan we 24/7 klaar voor klanten in heel België. We beschikken over een modern machinepark en voeren de werkzaamheden uit met gespecialiseerde apparatuur.

Als machinist speel je een sleutelrol in het bouwen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van onze treinsporen. Het bedienen van de spoorkraan is vergelijkbaar met de bandenkraan, maar aangepast voor spoorwegen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Bedienen van de hydraulische spoorwegkraan
  • Plaatsen van rails, dwarsliggers en ballast
  • Schoon houden van de sporen
  • Vastzetten of losmaken van rails
  • Onderhoud van de machines
  • Transport van materiaal tussen werven
  • Enzovoort

’s Ochtends kom je zelfstandig aan in ons magazijn in Heist-op-den-Berg en vertrekt van hieruit naar de werf. Om veilig en efficiënt te werken op de werf, vragen we een goede kennis van het Nederlands en ervaring met de rupskraan.

Je bent flexibel ingesteld wat werkuren betreft, want jullie hebben een afwisselend rooster met dag- en nachtdiensten, weekendwerk en overuren. De werkzaamheden worden gepland op momenten waarop de hinder voor het treinverkeer zo beperkt mogelijk is. Uiteraard wordt deze flexibiliteit beloond met een aantrekkelijke verloning (120% / 150% / 200%) bovenop het standaardloon volgens de bouwsector en onze extra maaltijdcheques.

We begrijpen dat werken aan spoorwegen een specifieke expertise vereist, daarom zorgen wij voor de nodige opleidingen. Na een periode van één à twee jaar ben jij volledig opgeleid en een echte expert in het spoorwezen.
