Jouw functie als Bankadviseur Als Bankadviseur sta je in voor het eerste onthaal van de klanten in het kantoor en via verschillende afstandskanalen (telefoon, chat, mail, …). Je biedt hen producten en diensten aan die nauw aansluiten bij hun behoeften en ondersteunt hen in het gebruik van digitale kanalen. Daarnaast detecteer je commerciële opportuniteiten en begeleid je klanten op belangrijke momenten in hun leven, zodat zij hun projecten kunnen realiseren. Wanneer je specifieke noden of signalen opmerkt, verwijs je klanten door naar de juiste collega’s voor gespecialiseerd advies. Je werkdag is gevarieerd en dynamisch, met als constante focus het bijdragen aan commerciële resultaten en een hoge klanttevredenheid. Je krijgt de kans om de sector grondig te leren kennen en volgt een uitgebreid opleidingstraject, waardoor je een stevige basis opbouwt om je verdere carrière binnen de banksector uit te bouwen.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een financiële richting.
  • Heb je je PCP-attesten op zak? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt!
  • Communicatief? Onmisbaar in jouw rol van adviseur! Je staat jouw klanten te woord met een toegankelijke en glasheldere uitleg.
  • Een flinke dosis empathie en durf om diensten en producten aan te bieden op maat van de klant.
  • Een commerciële kans laat jij niet schieten.
