Hochzeit, Firmenfeier, Empfang oder großes Fest: Am Schlossberg finden Veranstaltungen mit unterschiedlichsten Anforderungen und Gästezahlen statt. Für unser Bankett-Team suchen wir eine erfahrene Servicepersönlichkeit, die Veranstaltungen vor Ort führt, ein kleines Team koordiniert und selbst Gastgeber:in bleibt.

Bei dieser Position geht es nicht um Eventplanung am Schreibtisch. Es geht darum, dass am Tag der Veranstaltung im Service alles funktioniert. 1 Bankett- & Veranstaltungsleiter:in VOLLZEIT

Deine Aufgaben am Schlossberg

* Du übernimmst die operative Leitung des Service bei Banketten, Hochzeiten, Firmenfeiern und Veranstaltungen.

* Du bereitest den Service vor und briefst dein Team vor Veranstaltungsbeginn.

* Du führst und koordinierst ein kleines Serviceteam während der Veranstaltung.

* Du bist selbst aktiv im Service und für Gäste und Gastgeber:innen präsent.

* Du koordinierst Speisen-, Getränke- und Serviceabläufe und stimmst dich eng mit der Küche ab.

* Du behältst auch bei größeren Gesellschaften Timing, Qualität und Gästewünsche im Blick.

* Du reagierst schnell und professionell, wenn sich während einer Veranstaltung etwas ändert.

* Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinem Team den Abschluss und die Abrechnung der Veranstaltung.

Was du mitbringst

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und im Service

* Erfahrung mit Banketten, Hochzeiten, Feiern oder größeren Veranstaltungen

* Erfahrung als Chef de Rang, Bankett Supervisor, Serviceleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Erfahrung in der Führung oder Anleitung eines kleinen Teams

* Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein sicheres Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und einen ausgeprägten Blick für Serviceabläufe

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsstärke

* Freude daran, selbst am Gast zu arbeiten

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Bruttogehalt von € 2.880,- (= 2.100 netto) monatlich bei 40 Stunden. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
