Jobomschrijving

Als Bankmedewerker Klantenservice & Onthaal sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het vriendelijk ontvangen en verder helpen van klanten in het kantoor;
  • Het beantwoorden en doorverbinden van telefoongesprekken;
  • Het beheren en inplannen van afspraken;
  • Het uitvoeren van diverse loketverrichtingen;
  • Het verwerken van administratieve taken;
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen en bieden van ondersteuning waar nodig;
  • Het zorgen voor een vlotte en professionele werking van het kantoor;

Voor deze functie zijn stressbestendigheid en een commerciële ingesteldheid essentieel. Je bent in staat om ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren en speelt tegelijk proactief in op de behoeften van klanten door commerciële opportuniteiten te herkennen en hierop in te spelen.

Belangrijk voor deze functie:

  • Ervaring in de financiële sector (bank/verzekeringen) is een must;
  • PCP-attest bankbemiddeling is een groot pluspunt;
  • Iemand die stressbestendig is en goed kan omgaan met drukke momenten en verschillende taken tegelijk;
  • Iemand die klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk is en hierdoor energie krijgt;
  • Een duidelijke commerciële feeling en opportuniteiten bij klanten herkennen;
  • Luistervaardig zijn en de behoeften van klanten goed kan inschatten;
  • Nauwkeurigheid en georganiseerd werken is een must voor deze functie;
  • Flexibel zijn en snel schakelen tussen onthaal, administratie en klantenservice;
  • Een professionele uitstraling en enthousiaste houding;
