The posting

  • Als bankwerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig assembleren, onderhouden en herstellen van matrijzen die worden gebruikt in hoogwaardige productieprocessen;
  • Je werkt dagelijks met technische tekeningen in zowel 2D als beperkte 3D en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel correct wordt opgebouwd en afgesteld;
  • Je analyseert defecten, voert technische oplossingen uit en zorgt voor een optimale werking van alle matrijsonderdelen;
  • Daarnaast controleer je maatvoering, passing en functionaliteit van geassembleerde onderdelen om de kwaliteit te garanderen;
  • Je voert manuele bewerkingen uit zoals slijpen, vijlen, polieren en schuren, aangevuld met beperkte machinale nabewerkingen zoals boren, tappen en conventioneel frezen of draaien;
  • Ook het testen van matrijzen, ondersteunen bij proefruns, reviseren, reinigen en nauwkeurig registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden behoren tot jouw dagelijkse taken. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals CNC, EDM, Project Management en Productie en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in werkmethodes en matrijsontwerp;
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend;
  • Het betreft een functie in dagdienst waarbij je van maandag tot en met vrijdag werkt.
  • Voor deze technische functie zoeken we iemand met een sterke achtergrond in mechanica, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Een afgeronde TSO/BSO‑opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring vormt een stevige basis om succesvol te zijn in deze rol;
  • Ervaring in matrijzenbouw, fijnmechanische assemblage of precisiewerk is een grote troef, maar kandidaten met een sterk technisch inzicht en leergierigheid komen zeker in aanmerking;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende vaardigheden in manuele bewerkingen en hebt een goed begrip van passing, toleranties en verschillende materialen;
  • Daarnaast kun je technische tekeningen vlot lezen en interpreteren, wat essentieel is voor het correct assembleren en afstellen van matrijsonderdelen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel binnen een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit centraal staat;
