Ben je iemand die nauwkeurig te werk gaat en oog heeft voor detail? Dan is dit jouw kans! Voor onze Verspaningsafdeling zoeken wij een Bankwerker die met vakmanschap bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit van onze producten. Als Bankwerker zorg jij ervoor dat klant-specifieke onderdelen volgens tekening en specificaties perfect worden bewerkt en afgewerkt. Je levert werk dat klopt: de maatvoering is goed, de afwerking is netjes en de onderdelen zijn klaar voor de volgende stap in het proces. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie, kwaliteitsdienst en het bedrijfsbureau. Wat ga je doen - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden door het lezen van technische tekeningen, specificaties en instructies. Controleren van werkstukken op materiaalafwijkingen en beschadigingen. - Bepalen van de juiste werkvolgorde en werkwijze. - Selecteren en gereedmaken van gereedschappen, meetmiddelen en spanstukken. - Opspannen van werkstukken met behulp van diverse hulpmiddelen. - Bewerken van enkelvoudige werkstukken door aftekenen, boren, tappen, steken en zagen. - Afbramen, polijsten en merken van werkstukken. - Controleren van maatvoering, oppervlaktekwaliteit en merking. - Signaleren en terugkoppelen van verbeter- of wijzigingsvoorstellen. - Uitvoeren van dagelijks onderhoud aan machines. - Registreren van werkzaamheden en meetresultaten in rapportages (meetrapporten en routingsheets). Wat breng je mee - MBO-opleiding (minimaal niveau 2) richting machinebankwerken. - Vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen. - Kennis van verspaningstechnieken. - Je werkt volgens strikte maatvoering en kwaliteitsnormen (ISO). - Ervaring met betreffende machines zoals een radiaalboormachine en lintzaag en hun bedieningsmogelijkheden. - Competen...
