The posting

Als bankwerker verspaning in de regio Ommen werk je fulltime (40 uur) aan hoogwaardige maatwerkonderdelen voor extrusielijnen, met een salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 3.600 bruto per maand. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel tot op de micrometer klopt, zodat complete productielijnen wereldwijd probleemloos draaien. Je houdt je dagelijks bezig met het polijsten, ontbramen en nabewerken van onderdelen voor spuitkoppen, mallen en gereedschappen. Je vervaardigt complexe gereedschappen en componenten, zet verschillende verspaningstechnieken in en werkt met handgereedschap, nauwkeurige meetmiddelen en een laptop om te testen en te programmeren. Je controleert zelf de maatvoering en afwerking en stemt je werk af met je collega’s van de afdeling Verspaning. Je komt terecht bij een internationaal opererende machinebouwer die complete extrusielijnen voor kunststof buizen ontwerpt, bouwt, installeert en onderhoudt. Alle onderdelen worden in eigen huis geproduceerd, waardoor de lijnen kort zijn en je direct ziet wat er met jouw werk gebeurt. Je werkt in een stabiel, technisch hoogwaardig bedrijf met een hecht, collegiaal team waar vakmanschap en precisie centraal staan.

- MBO-opleiding in de richting metaal- of werktuigbouwtechniek - Aantoonbare ervaring als bankwerker verspaning - Zeer nauwkeurig kunnen werken tot op de micrometer - Ervaring met diverse verspaningstechnieken en handgereedschappen - Zelfstandig meten, controleren en beoordelen van eigen werk - Handig met meetmiddelen en werken met een laptop - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Teamspeler die overlegt met collega’s op de verspaningsafdeling
