Bij Van der Valk Haarlem brengt elke dag een nieuwe uitdaging, van het voorbereiden van een vergaderzaal tot het verzorgen van een feest. Als banqueting medewerk(st)er zorg jij ervoor dat onze gasten zonder zorgen kunnen genieten van vergaderingen, borrels, feesten en andere evenementen. ENTHOUSIASTE MEDEWERK(ST)ER BANQUETING M/V Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het voorbereiden en klaarzetten van zalen voor verschillende evenementen, zoals vergaderingen, buffetten en feesten. - Het verwelkomen en begeleiden van gasten. - Serveren van hapjes, drankjes en maaltijden tijdens evenementen. - Het verzorgen van de opbouw en afbouw van buffetten, koffie- en theestations en andere eet- en drinkgelegenheden. - Tafels en stoelen opzetten en opruimen, inclusief het schoonmaken en herinrichten van de zalen. - Wanneer er geen banqueting activiteiten gepland staan, ondersteun je het restaurantteam waar nodig. Jij bent: - Kalm en vriendelijk, zelfs tijdens de drukste evenementen - Zelfstandig en proactief: je neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, zonder dat iemand je dit hoeft te vertellen. - Nauwkeurig en detailgericht: je zorgt voor een perfecte presentatie en uitvoering. - Een teamspeler: vriendelijk, betrouwbaar en een echte doorzetter. - Bereid en in staat fysiek werk te verrichten, zoals het tillen en verplaatsen van tafels en stoelen.
