Banqueting medewerker Utrecht Fulltime & Parttime Middelbaar onderwijs Banqueting medewerker Introductie Samen met je collega's en leidinggevende draai je partijen en verzorg je alles rondom onze 23 prachtige zalen. Voor deze functie zoeken wij een collega die ons team komt versterken vanaf september. Beschrijving We heten je graag welkom in dé horecafamilie van Nederland! Gastvrijheid, doorpakken, je thuis voelen, leren van fouten en plezier hebben in je werk. Daar draait het bij ons om. Je werkt met de tofste collega's in een gezellige omgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want als banqueting medewerker kan je werken bij een partij met 500 gasten, een vergaderzaal tot in de puntjes klaarzetten of een borrel verzorgen in een van onze barren. En alles daartussenin natuurlijk! Wat ga je doen? Jouw doel is om elke dag een glimlach op het gezicht van onze gasten te toveren. Samen met je collega's bied je onze gasten een fantastische ervaring in en om de (vergader)zalen tijdens een grote partij of een vergadering. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: * Klaarzetten/opbouwen van de zalen, audiovisuele apparatuur gereed maken, het opbouwen van buffetten, het op- en afbouwen van zalen, gastenverzoeken afhandelen * Ontvangen van gasten en opdrachtgevers, helpen bij de opstart in de zaal. Demonstreren van de werking van de audiovisuele apparatuur en verhelpen van gemelde storingen tijdens zaalgebruik. * Afstemmen programma met contactpersoon ter plaatse. (serveertijdstippen, lunchpauzes, bijzondere menuwensen, tafelschikking, bargebruik etc) * Doorgeven bijzonderheden aan collega's in de keuken/sales/receptie * Verrichten van overige, met bovenstaande verbandhoudende, werkzaamheden in opdracht van de leidinggevende.
