Van der Valk Eindhoven - Best beschikt over 24 multifunctionele vergaderzalen en boardrooms. Als Banqueting Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle voorkomende werkzaamheden die te maken hebben met de events die plaatsvinden in onze zalen en boardrooms. Je bent dus een echte alleskunner die precies weet wat er van hem/haar verwacht wordt bij een goed feestje of een serieuze vergadering. Beschrijving First things first Onze 24 vergaderzalen en boardrooms zijn verdeeld over twee verdiepingen in het hotel. De ruimtes kunnen door multifunctionele tussenwanden vergroot of verkleind worden. De grootste zaal biedt ruimte voor 800 gasten! Op de 12e verdieping kan worden vergaderd met een prachtig uitzicht. Voor jou maakt het niet uit welke omvang of op welke verdieping de events plaatsvinden. Jouw doel is om elke dag ervoor te zorgen dat alles pico-bello is verzorgd voor de gasten! Wat ga je doen? - Mede door jou zijn alle congressen, vergaderingen, trainingen, diners en andere evenementen tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Je regelt de partij van A tot Z op de werkvloer. Van het klaarzetten van de zaal, tot en met het diner en het opruimen van de zaal; - Je staat gasten behulpzaam en gastvrij te hulp. Heeft een gast een vraag, dan ben jij degene die het antwoord weet; - Door middel van een dagelijkse planning zorg je ervoor dat de zalen in de juiste opstelling geplaatst worden; - Je helpt bij de opbouw- en afbouw van buffetten en vult voorraden aan waar nodig; - Je werkt achter de bar of in de bediening bij evenementen.
