Werken op de mooiste bruiloften en events op kasteel Vaeshartelt is een unieke ervaring op ons mooie landgoed. Wij zoeken een shiftleader die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het bedieningsteam tijdens diners, evenementen en huwelijken. Jij maakt écht het verschil voor het team én voor onze gasten. Jij snapt dat dit voor gasten speciale momenten zijn. Dit ga je doen Je staat midden op de vloer en houdt het overzicht over de dagelijkse service. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer voor het bediening team. - Je bereidt events zorgvuldig voor en werkt op basis van een gecontroleerd draaiboek. - Je zorgt ervoor dat alles goed wordt op- en afgebouwd. - Je draagt er zorg voor dat alles correct wordt opgeboekt na afloop van een event. - Je laat events vlekkeloos verlopen, van het eerste tot het laatste moment. - Je zorgt dat de locatie gedurende de dag piekfijn in orde is. - Je stuurt, motiveert en inspireert het bedieningsteam. - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, gastbeleving en rust in de operatie.
