De 380 medewerkers zorgen er samen voor dat iedere gast, gemiddeld 1000 per dag, die persoonlijke aandacht krijgt waar het in onze branche om draait.Als grootste werkgever in de Amsterdamse hotellerie is Hotel Okura Amsterdam altijd op zoek naar enthousiaste collega´s. Voor onze Banquet Operations afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Banquet Guest Relations Officer. De Banquet Operations afdeling van Hotel Okura Amsterdam is de grootste Banquet Operations afdeling onder alle vijfsterren hotels in Nederland, en is marktleider met betrekking tot omzet en kwaliteit. De Banquet Operations afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer vijftien medewerkers, waaronder één Banquet Operations Manager, één Assistent Banquet Operations Manager, vijf Banquet supervisors, Banquet Housemen en één Banquet Guest Relations Officer. Als Banquet Guest Relations Officer ben je de contactpersoon tussen de Conference & Events afdeling, de Banquet Operations afdeling en de gasten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het overtreffen van de verwachtingen van de gasten, door te kijken wat de gast belangrijk vindt en hier op in te spelen. Je zorgt voor goedlopende en efficiënte evenementen door elk detail in de gaten te houden en eventuele veranderingen efficiënt en effectief te communiceren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het verkopen van hoteldiensten en restaurants, communiceren met alle operationele managers, Banquet Operations en Conference & Events managers, het creëren van een coöperatieve en harmonieuze werkomgeving en het verschaffen van 5* kwaliteit diensten. Je assisteert elke gast, collega en leverancier efficiënt en professioneel en maakt een verschil door je te focussen op kleine details.
