Wat je kan verwachten De afdeling Banquet Operations van Hotel Okura Amsterdam is de grootste afdeling Banquet Operations onder de vijfsterrenhotels in Nederland en is marktleider op het gebied van banqueting opbrengsten en kwaliteit. Als Banquet set-up employee ben je verantwoordelijk voor het (her) inrichten van feestzalen om ervoor te zorgen dat alles is voorbereid voordat onze gasten arriveren. Je bent goed op de hoogte van alle in-house evenementen en je zorgt ervoor dat de hotel normen worden nageleefd. In jouw rol werk je nauw samen met onze Banqueting Supervisors en Guest relations om elk evenement tot een succes te maken. Je hoofdtaken zullen zijn: • Ervoor zorgen dat de service voldoet aan de normen van The Leading Hotels of the World; • Zet feestzalen op voor diverse evenementen volgens hotelnormen; • Reiniging van tafels en kamers volgens hotelnormen; • Assisteren bij wensen en vragen van gasten.Wees gerust, je werkt niet alleen! Naast werken binnen je eigen team, werk je ook nauw samen met andere teams binnen het hotel. Want alleen door samen te werken bereiken we de beste resultaten. Er wordt binnen het team 7 dagen per week in ploegendienst gewerkt. Je werkt 7,6 uur per dag. Ook op feestdagen ben je beschikbaar om te werken.
